摘  要:目的探索将3D-CTBA与Sandwich教学模式相结合,并融入肺癌外科CBL阶梯式教学这一新型教学模式在外科学课程中的应用效果。方法面向南京医科大学医学生进行抽样问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷102份,多数被调查者认为应用这一新型教学模式可以更好地理解和掌握教学内容。结论本项研究结果表明,,“3D-CTBA结合Sandwich教学模式应用于肺癌外科CBL阶梯式临床教学”这一新型教学模式在外科学习中能被广泛接受,并在一定程度上提高了学生参与课程的积极性和学习效率,具有广阔前景。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D-CTBA combined with Sandwich teaching mode and integrating the new teaching mode in CBL stepped teaching of lung cancer surgery.Methods A sample questionnaire survey was conducted among medical students in Nanjing medical university.Results 102 valid questionnaires were recovered.Most of the respondents believed that the application of this new teaching model could help them better understand and master the teaching content.Conc lusion The results of this study show that the new teaching mode of"3D-CTBA combined with Sandwich teaching mode applied to CBL stepped clinical teaching of lung cancer surgery"can be widely accepted in surgical learning,and to a certain extent,it can improve students'participation in the course.The enthusiasm and learning efficiency of students have been great mobilized.
