城市外来务工人员继续教育的现状、模式创新与实践研究--以陕西省为例

摘　　要：开展城市外来务工人员的继续教育是各级政府高度关注的民生问题,文章立足陕西,大数据统计分析了近年来陕西省城市外来务工人员就业的地域分布、学历结构、受教育程度等基本指标;系统阐述了现阶段开展外来务工人员继续教育的必要性,以及高质量开展好继续教育的策略与措施。最后,提出了“政、校、企+行业协会”四维一体的继续教育联合育人模式,并在具体的培训教学中加以实践。研究结果对促进我国城市外来务工人员从业技能的提升、综合素质的提高以及增进他们与城市的融合至关重要。The continuing education of migrant workers in cities is a highly concerned livelihood issue by governments at all levels.Based on the regional society of Shaanxi,the basic indicators of migrant workers of the employment geographical distribution,the educational background structure,the education level and so on are analyzed with big data statistics in this paper.Meanwhile,the necessity of carrying out the continuing education for migrant workers,as well as the strategies and measures for high-quality continuing education at this stage are systematically expounded.Finally,a new four-dimensional joint education model of"government,school,enterprise,and industry association"is proposed and put into practice in specific continuing education activities.The research results are crucial to promote the employment skills,to improve the comprehensive quality and to enhance their integration with the city.
