摘  要:在线学习共同体强调学习者之间的多样化互动,为在线学习创造一个智能和协作的学习环境。然而现有在线学习共同体存在成员参与程度低、互动频率低、专业知识构建水平低等问题,从而影响学习感受和满意度。以A学院工商管理专业为例,基于社会系统理论团队组织、互动沟通、自我参照和自我生产四个维度构建“在线学习共同体”,并采用多元线性回归对学生满意度影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,以上四个维度与学生满意度均存在正相关关系,基于实证研究结果,提出在线学习共同体优化的改进策略。The online learning community emphasizes diverse interactions between learners,creating an intelligent and collaborative learning environment for online learning,however,the existing online learning community has problems such as low interaction frequency,low degree of participation and low level of professional knowledge construction,thus affecting students’ learning experience and satisfaction. Taking the business administration major of A University as an example,an“online learning community”was constructed based on the four dimensions of social system theory:team organization,interaction and communication,selfreference and self-production,and multiple linear regression was used to conduct an empirical study on the influencing factors of student satisfaction in the constructed online learning community. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the above four dimensions and student satisfaction. Based on the empirical research results,improvement strategies for the development of online learning community were proposed.
