摘 要:“社会兴趣”理论是阿德勒所创建的个体心理学体系的重要部分,具体内涵包括以下三方面。“社会兴趣”的定义:一种全面体现在知情意行上对他人关心、合作与奉献并从中找到自身归属感和人生价值的倾向性;“社会兴趣”的重要性:社会兴趣作为评价人类价值惟一且普适的标准;“社会兴趣”的培养途径:自我接纳、他者信赖与他者奉献。阿德勒的“社会兴趣”理论不仅仅能用于心理治疗领域,而且还可指导大众生活交往与高校专业教育。他的“社会兴趣”理论对于高校社会工作教育有如下几点启示:一是“社会兴趣”理论可以融入社会工作专业的价值观教育;二是“社会兴趣”理论可以补充社会工作的专业理论教育;三是“社会兴趣”理论可以助力社会工作专业学生的自我教育。Social interest theory is an important part of the individual psychology system created by Adler,which mainly includes three specific connotations:firstly,the definition of “social interest” is that a tendency to care,cooperate and contribute to others and find their own sense of belonging and life value from it which is fully reflected in cognition,emotion,will,action;secondly,the importance of “social interest” is that social interest as the only and universal standard to evaluate human value;and the third is the cultivation way of “social interest”:self-acceptance,trust of others and dedication of others. Social interest theory can not only be used in the field of psychological therapy,but also can guide public life communication and professional education in colleges and universities. Social interest theory has the following enlightenments for social work education in colleges and universities:first, social interest theory can be integrated into the value education of social work major;second, social interest theory can supplement the professional theoretical education of social work;third,social interest theory can help the self-education of social work students.
