摘 要:目的探讨内科护理学课程思政设计及实施效果。方法内科护理学课程中设计政治素养、专业素养、科学素养、人文素养4方面的思政元素,并植入到教学案例中。在2019级本科护理学专业学生中开展教学,课后随机选取19名学生进行访谈,评价课程思政实施效果。结果学生课程思政受益包括提升了专业素养、增强了专业信念与信心、提升了课程兴趣、转变了思考方式、培养了团队合作精神5个方面。学生感受到课程思政设计不足之处包括讨论不够深入,思政问题回答困难;部分思政点类似,个别案例素材脱离生活。学生期待采用身边真实案例、视频和图片的思政素材类型,采用课堂互动和角色扮演的教学形式。结论内科护理学案例融入式课程思政教学取得了一定效果,学生对教学方式表示认可,后期将进一步丰富课程思政元素及其融合方式。Objective To design and explore the effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education in Medical Nursing.Methods Medical Nursing was designed in four areas,including political literacy,professional literacy,scientific literacy,and humanistic literacy,which were embedded into teaching cases.After teaching practice,semi-structured interviews with 19 nursing students who were randomly selected from the Grade 2019 were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness.Results Students expressed 5 beneficial themes about the ideological and political,including enhancing the professionalism,strengthening the professional beliefs,improving the interest,transforming the way of thinking,and experiencing the spirit of teamwork.In addition,students reported 4 weakness,including lack of in-depth discussion,difficulty in answering question,the existence of ideological and political points similarities,several cases were not practical.The students showed a tendency for real-life examples,videos and pictures materials,and the preferred teaching methods were classroom interaction and role-play in ideological and political education.Conclusion The case-integrated ideological and political education in Medical Nursing turned out to be effective.The students expressed their validation of the teaching method.In the future,we would further improve the quality of the ideological and political education by enriching the elements and integration methods.
