摘　　要：目的探索在低年资护士中进行压力性损伤风险评估培训的实践效果。方法便利选取南昌市某三级甲等医院31个临床科室的100名低年资护士为研究对象,通过前期调研了解低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估存在的问题,通过理论授课、视频学习、临床实践指导及以赛促教等方式进行培训,比较培训前后低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估质控得分情况与压力性损伤风险评估准确率。结果培训后,低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估质控的得分较培训前提高(t=6.674,P<0.001);低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估中感觉、潮湿、移动能力、营养项目的评估准确率及总的准确率较培训前提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论开展低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估培训能够规范低年资护士压力性损伤风险评估,提高评估的准确率。Objective To explore the effects of training in pressure injury assessment for junior nurses.Methods A total of 100 junior nurses from 31 clinical departments in a tertiary hospital in Nanchang city were recruited by convenience sampling.Problems regarding the risk assessment of pressure injury were identified through preliminary investigation.Training was carried out by theory teaching,standardized video production,clinical practice guidance and competition.The scores of quality control of pressure injury risk assessment and the accuracy of risk assessment were compared before and after the training.Results After the training,the scores of quality control of stress injury assessment in junior nurses were higher than those before the training(t=6.674,P<0.001).The assessment accuracy of the items of sensation,dampness,mobility and nutrition and total accuracy in the assessment of stress injury among junior nurses were higher than those before the training(all P<0.05).Conclusion The training of risk assessment of pressure injury can standardize the assessment of pressure injury and improve the accuracy of assessment.
