摘  要:为探究高速道岔长心轨在不同位置发生折断对辙叉服役状态的影响,开展实尺试验。从长心轨跟端至尖端依次设置6个断缝,测试断轨后辙叉状态及辙叉多次转换后的几何形位与扳动力,对比分析长心轨不同位置折断对辙叉几何及其转换性能的影响。结果表明:高速道岔长心轨折断后,辙叉几何形位与断缝位置以及初始状态有关,长心轨初始状态为直股开通时折断导致的错牙及断缝宽度比侧股开通时更大;长心轨折断后再次进行道岔转换将导致断缝进一步劣化,钢轨错牙以及断缝宽度均有所增加;折断发生在长心轨尖端至短心轨范围内时,可根据转辙机扳动力及表示信号判断轨件状态,而发生在长短心轨配合段至跟端范围内时无法判断。In order to explore the influence of high speed turnout long point rail fracture at different positions on the service state of the frog,full-scale tests were carried out.Six breaks were set from the heel end to the tip of the long point rail,and the frog state after the fracture and the geometric dimension and the switching force of the frog after multiple switches were tested.The effects of fracture at different positions of the long point rail on the frog geometry and switch performance were compared and analyzed.The results show that the geometric dimension of the frog is related to the position and initial state of the broken joint after the long point rail of the high speed turnout is broken.The initial position of the long point rail is the dislocation caused by the breaking of the straight strand when it is opened,and the width of the fracture seam is greater than that when the side strand is opened.After the long point rail is broken,the turnout switch will lead to further deterioration of the broken joint,and the rail dislocation and the width of the broken joint will be increased.When the breaking occurs within the range from the long point rail tip to the short point rail,the state of the rail piece can be judged according to the switching force of the switch machine and the indication signal,but cannot be judged when it occurs within the range from the fitting section of the long short point rail to the heel end.
