高等教育学博士研究生培养路径研究——以美国密歇根大学为例

摘　　要：密歇根大学作为一所公立大学,与我国高校在同属公立的制度环境上有一定的相似之处,密歇根大学高等教育学博士研究生的培养方案、课程设置、分流机制、师资队伍、经费保障、文化建设等方面特征明显,可为我国高等教育学博士研究生教育高质量发展提供参考。我国高校高等教育学博士研究生培养应结合自身特色,从确立学生的主体地位和人格尊严出发,以激发潜能和满足发展为目标,尊重个性培养,运用科学合理的人才培养战略,构建特色课程体系、丰富完善教师职能、打破学科专业壁垒、多源支持博士生培养,全面开发高等教育学博士生的主观能动性。As a public university,the University of Michigan has certain similarities with Chinese ones in public institutional environment.It’s training programs,curriculum,distribution mechanism,faculty,funding guarantee,and cultural construction are distinct,which can provide a reference for the high-quality development of doctoral education in the discipline of higher education in China.It is suggested that the cultivation of doctoral students majoring in higher education in China should be combined with its own characteristics,start from establishing students’dominant position and human dignity,aim at potential and development stimulation,respect personality cultivation,use scientific and reasonable talent cultivation strategy,build a characteristic curriculum system,enrich and improve teachers’functions,break discipline and professional barriers,and comprehensively develop the subjective initiative of doctoral students in higher education.
