摘 要:行业高职院校是我国教育体制改革的历史性产物,占据高等职业院校“半壁江山”。培养符合行业需求的高素质技术技能人才,提升核心竞争力,实现类型语境下高职院校高质量发展是行业高职院校的时代议题。现阶段行业高职院校要破解传统发展过程中治理体制责权不清、办学类型定位不准、人才培养能力不适的历史难题。为实现高质量发展目标,行业高职院校应实施协同治理,建立责权分明机制;精准定位,建立类型鲜明的体系;终身服务,建立资源透明的育训桥梁。Industrial higher vocational colleges are the historical products of China’s educational system reform, accounting for half of higher vocational colleges. Cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in line with the needs of the industry, improving the core competitiveness and realizing the high-quality development of Higher Vocational Colleges in the type view are the era issues of industrial higher vocational colleges in the. At this stage, industrial higher vocational colleges should solve the historical problems of unclear responsibilities and rights of governance system, inaccurate positioning of school-running types and inappropriate talent training ability in the traditional development process, and realize the goal of high-quality development. The following problem-solving methods should be implemented: collaborative governance and establish a mechanism with clear responsibilities and rights;accurate positioning and establish a distinctive system;realize lifelong service and establish education and training bridges with transparent resources, etc.
