摘 要:共同富裕既是社会主义的本质要求,亦是亿万人民的殷切期盼,对切实增强人民群众幸福感、获得感以及安全感极具现实意义。在共同富裕愿景下,农村职业教育高质量发展有利于提升心理资本、技能资本和人力资本,可为切断农民贫困代际传递链作出重要贡献。然而,农村职业教育发展面临城乡二元结构凸显、办学模式存有缺陷、市场参与相对不足、社会认可度偏低等掣肘因素,制约其对促进农民农村共同富裕、阻断贫困代际传递的作用发挥。鉴于此,应促进城乡职业教育均衡发展,放大教育“富民惠民”效应;优化传统办学模式,增强农民增收致富能力;加强多元主体共建共享,持续增进农民获得感;消除社会偏见和歧视,提高农村职业教育社会认可度。Common prosperity is not only the essential requirement of socialism, but also the earnest expectation of hundreds of millions of people. It is of great practical significance for effectively enhancing the people’s sense of happiness, gain and security. Under the vision of common prosperity, the high-quality development of rural vocational education is conducive to enhancing psychological capital, skill capital and human capital, which can make an important contribution to cutting off the intergenerational transmission chain of farmers’ poverty. However, the development of rural vocational education is faced with constraints such as prominent urban-rural dual structure,defects in school-running mode, relatively insufficient market participation and low social recognition, which restrict its role in promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas and blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty. In view of this, it is necessary to promote the balanced development of urban and rural vocational education, magnify the effect of education "enriching the people and benefiting the people";optimize the traditional school-running model, and enhance the ability of farmers to increase their incomes and become rich;strengthen the co-construction and sharing of multiple subjects, and continuously enhance farmers’ sense of gain;eliminate social prejudice and discrimination, and improve the social recognition of rural vocational education.
