摘  要:目的 针对医学检验技术专业本科生培养,锦州医科大学与企业合作,共同制订实训课程的教学目标,探讨线上辅导与线下操作教学模式在形态学实训课程教学中的应用效果,优化高校医学生教学模式,以期为相关教学提供更多的思路。方法 以实训课程中形态学实验部分为例,介绍教学课前准备、考核方式的改进以及对教学的反思,实训采用线上辅导与线下操作有机结合的教学模式,进行学习成绩和问卷调查评估教学效果,收集数据,并使用SPSS 24.0统计学软件进行分析。结果 与传统的实训教学比较,采用线上辅导与线下操作教学模式的学生成绩有显著提高,试验组成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 线上辅导与线下操作教学模式有利于提高学生的实训成绩。Objective For the cultivation of undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology,Jinzhou Medical University cooperates with enterprises to jointly formulate the teaching objectives of practical training courses, discuss the application effects of online counseling and offline operation teaching models in the teaching of morphological practical training courses, and optimize the teaching model of medical students in colleges and universities, so as to provide more ideas for related teaching. Methods The morphological experiment part of the training course was taken as an example to introduce the preparation before teaching, the improvement of the examination method and the reflection on teaching. The training adopted the teaching mode of combining online tutoring with offline operation, carried out the study results and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect, collected the data, and used SPSS 24.0 statistical software for analysis. Results Compared with the traditional training teaching, the scores of the students using online tutoring and offline operation teaching were significantly improved, and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Online guidance and offline operation teaching mode is beneficial to improve students’ practical training results.
