摘　　要：习近平主席提出的新时代军事教育方针,为院校教育改革创新指明了方向。为在航空大学航空气象学教学中贯彻落实,教员应着眼培养飞行英才的使命任务,结合学科自身特点,重点抓住“立德树人”和“为战育人”两个方面,加强课程思政和实战教学,提高教学质量和全程育人能力,为空军飞行人才培养事业贡献力量。President Xi Jinping’s New-era Military Education Policy points the way for the reform and innovation of military college education. In order to carry out the implementation in the teaching of "Aeronautical Meteorology" in aviation university,teachers should focus on the mission of training flight talents, combined with the characteristics of the discipline itself, focus on grasping two aspects of "strengthening morality" and "educating for war" to strengthen the course ideology and politics and actual combat teaching. We should improve the quality of teaching and education ability, aiming to contribute to the flight talent cultivation of Air Force.
