新建公安本科院校法学专业人才培养路径研究--以贵州警察学院为例

摘　　要：人才培养是一个系统工程,专业性极强、具有鲜明行业特色的新建公安本科院校,在法学专业人才培养方面既有与普通高校的共性,也有自身的特性,要实现应然层面的“致广大而尽精微”,一方面需要加强顶层设计,另一方面要实现各项管理制度的落地。对照法学类教学质量国家标准,当下新建公安本科院校法学专业人才培养在课程设置、实践教学层面仍存在一定不足,有必要进一步结合新建公安本科院校实际情况,加强实践教学,完善课程设置,双轮驱动、精细推进、夯实路径,不断提升法学专业人才培养质量。Talent cultivation is a systematic project. As a professional college with strong professionalism and distinctive industry characteristics,the newly-built undergraduate police colleges,The training of law professionals has its own characteristics as well as commonalities with ordinary universities,To achieve the "broad and subtle" as it should be,we need to strengthen top-level design on the one hand,and implement various management systems on the other hand.According to the national standards for the quality of law teaching, there are still some deficiencies in the curriculum and practical teaching of the training of law professionals in the newly established police colleges,It is necessary to further combine the actual situation of the newly-built undergraduate police colleges,strengthen practical teaching,improve the curriculum,double wheel drive,fine promotion,and consolidate the path,and constantly improve the quality of legal professional training.
