《伤寒论》合病、并病的诠释学研究

摘　　要：结合《伤寒论》文本特征,运用条文内、条文间、398条外及文本间的诠释学循环方法,对合病、并病进行研究。合病的治疗以祛除一经邪气为主,故合病是外邪主要侵袭一经,其他经未受邪或感邪较轻,而主要受邪之经的病变能够影响其他经的功能活动,故合病多表现为一经以上的复杂证候。并病的治疗以祛除多经邪气为主,故并病处于外邪传经过程中,外邪尚未全部传至下一经,两经证候并见的阶段。合病强调病理状态下六经之间的相关性,并病则侧重疾病在外感病邪传变过程中的动态变化。Combined with the text characteristics of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this paper studies the combination and concomitance of diseases by using the hermeneutic circulation method within the articles,between articles,outside 398 articles and between texts.The treatment of combination diseases is mainly to eliminate the evil qi of one meridian.Therefore,combination diseases are mainly caused by external evils invading one meridian.Other meridians are not affected by evil or less susceptible to evil,and the lesions mainly affected by evil can affect the functional activities of other meridians.Therefore,combination diseases are mostly manifested as complex syndromes of more than one meridian.The treatment of concomitance diseases is mainly to eliminate the evil qi of multi-meridian,so the concomitance diseases are in the process of transmission of external evils,and the external evil has not been fully transmitted to the next meridian,and the two meridian syndromes are seen at the same time.The combination diseases emphasizes the correlation between the six meridians under pathological conditions,while the concomitance diseases focuses on the dynamic changes of diseases in the process of exogenous diseases.
