摘 要:“学会教学”是师范生学会整合知能、形成教学能力的过程。项目驱动式教学为师范生“学会教学”提供了知能整合、能力形成所需的联结点和凭借。以小学教育专业学科专业课程《小学语文识字与写字教学》为例,进行基于项目驱动式的学科专业课程的教学设计与实践探索。实践结果表明,项目驱动式教学能有效地帮助师范生“学会教学”。反思实践过程发现,课程的项目化设计是实施项目驱动式教学的前提,师生的角色胜任是关键;信息技术是保障;“教-学-评一致性”是项目驱动式教学顺利开展的内生动力。"Learning to teach"is a process in which normal students learn to integrate knowledge and technical ability and form teaching ability.Project-driven teaching provides the connection point and platform needed for the integration of knowledge and technical ability and the formation of ability for normal students to"learn to teach".Taking the teaching of Chinese literacy and writing in primary school as an example,this paper carries out the teaching design and practical exploration of project-driven discipline curriculum.The practical results show that project driven teaching can effectively help normal students"learn to teach".Reflecting on the practice process,it is found that project-based curriculum design is the premise of implementing project-driven teaching,and the role of teachers and students is the key to competence,information technology is the guarantee;“Teaching-learning-evaluation consistency”is the project-driven teaching to carry out smoothly the endogenous driving force.
