摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的发展在新格局背景下对国际商务人才提出了更新、更高、更全面的要求。只有完善培养体系,创新培养模式,才能提高人才培养质量。国际商务人才培养目标包含专业知识与价值引导两个层面,这就要求坚持以价值导向为中心环节,树立正确的价值体系和专业知识体系。在今后的人才培养模式中,可以从建设系统的法律课程体系、重视跨学科交叉培养、实现理论与实践对接入手,完善人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。The development of socialist market economy has put forward new,higher and more comprehensive requirements for international business talents under the background of new pattern.Only by perfecting the training system and innovating the training mode can the quality of talent training be improved.The goal of international business personnel training includes two levels of professional knowledge and value guidance,which requires persisting in the value orientation as the central link and establishing the correct value system and professional knowledge system.In the future training mode of talents,we can perfect the training mode of talents and improve the quality of talent training by constructing a systematic legal curriculum system,attaching importance to interdisciplinary training and realizing the connection between theory and practice.
