摘 要:我国颁发了一系列关于职业教育改革的文件,信息化教学已经成为教育新基建,职业教育改革背景下,混合式教学改革成为必然趋势,“三教改革”是职业教育的必然选择。从混合式教学改革难点剖析例如信息化数量突破到人才培养质量提升存在痛点,信息化辅助教学改革的重点是因材施教,教学设计如何有趣且有用等,提出线上线下改革难点解决的突破路径,包括以岗位为导向特色培养,用层次多因素分析法全过程多方位加强过程评价,数字化赋能做好保障,强调创新意识的培养,从师生两个方面提高适应性。China has issued a series of documents on the reform of vocational education.Information teaching has become a new infrastructure of education.Under the vocational reform, mixed teaching reform is an inevitable trend.Teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods should be reformed.This paper attempts to analyze the difficulties of mixed teaching reform, For example, there are still pain points from the breakthrough of information teaching quantity to the improvement of talent training quality,education reform focuses on individualized teaching, interesting and useful teaching design, etc,put forward the breakthrough path to solve the difficulties of online and offline reform,lncluding post oriented characteristic training, multi-level multi-factor analysis to strengthen the process evaluation, digitization to do a good job of technical support,emphasis on cultivating innovative consciousness,teachers and students both need to improve adaptability.
