摘　　要：聚焦于科技人员,整合社会交换理论和认知-情感系统理论,引入共享、创新、开放等新发展理念,剖析组织层面的知识权力氛围对科技人员创新行为跨层次影响机理。知识权力氛围一方面直接正向影响科技人员的创新行为,另一方面又通过知识共享的中介效应间接影响科技人员的创新行为,且知识权力氛围对知识共享的影响又受到科技人员积极情绪的调节,拓展了创新行为的专门研究。Focusing on scientific and technological personnel, integrating social exchange theory and cognitive emotional system theory, introducing new development concepts such as sharing, innovation, openness, etc., and analyzing the cross-level influence mechanism of knowledge power atmosphere at the organizational level on the innovation behavior of scientific and technological personnel. On the one hand, the knowledge power atmosphere directly and positively affects the innovation behavior of scientific and technological personnel, on the other hand, it indirectly affects the innovation behavior of scientific and technological personnel through the intermediary effect of knowledge sharing, and the influence of the knowledge power atmosphere on knowledge sharing is regulated by the positive emotions of scientific and technological personnel, expanding the specialized research on innovation behavior.
