摘  要:高校思政课话语体系的建构实质上就是思政课教材语言向教学语言方式的转变过程,这个转变过程是高校思政课获得话语权的过程。高校思政课要获得话语权,首先,要重视“说什么”,即深入研究思政课的话语内容;其次,要重视“如何说”,即创新思政课的话语方式;最后,注重效果怎样,即有效评价思政课的话语质量。这三个方面层层递进构成了高校思政课的话语体系。可见,思政课的话语体系的建构就是通过“言教”的方式来实现教育目标,且始终围绕教育目标来展开,以逐渐实现从追求到实现到获得的过程。The construction of discourse system of ideological and political course is essentially a process of transformation from textbook language to teaching language,which is to gain the speaking right.The ideological and political course in order to gain the speaking right.First of all,focus on what to say,that is,deeply study the discourse content of ideological and political course;Secondly,focus on how to speak,that is,innovating the discourse mode of ideological and political course;Finally,focus on what the effect,that is,effectively evaluate the discourse quality of ideological and political course.These three aspects gradually constitute the discourse system of ideological and political course in colleges and universities.In a word,the construction of discourse system in Ideological and political course always revolves around the educational goal through“speech and teaching”,which to gradually realize the process from pursuit to realization to acquisition finally.
