摘　　要：培训方式的创新是实现培训质量提升的重要条件。学员论坛针对传统教育培训多以讲座式培训为主,存在培训互动性不强、主体性缺失、针对性不够等问题,提出以培训需求和实际问题为导向设置主题,搭建论坛平台,由学员主讲和展示,让学员深度交流自己的观点和思考。在“学员在场”的理念下,学员论坛发挥学员的主体性,尊重学员的经验和智慧,深化学习所得,激荡不同思想的碰撞,为创新中小学学校干部培训方式,提升培训质量提供有价值的思路和经验。The innovation of training methods is an important condition to achieve the improvement of training quality.The trainee forum addresses the problems of traditional education and training,which are mostly lecture-based training,with low interactivity,lack of subjectivity and lack of relevance,proposes to set up topics oriented by training needs and practical problems,and builds a forum platform for trainees to give lectures and presentations,so that trainees can deeply exchange their views and thoughts.Under the concept of"trainee’s presence",the trainee forum brings into play the subjectivity,respects their experience and wisdom,deepens the learning gains,stimulates the collision of different ideas,and provides valuable ideas and experiences for innovating the training methods of school cadres in primary and secondary schools and improving the quality of training.
