摘　　要：互联网技术的不断进步为教育行业的发展提供了新的发展机遇与挑战,在新冠后疫情时代,线上线下混合式教学优势明显,将逐步替代传统的单一线下课堂教学模式。以《企业经营沙盘模拟实训》课程为例,探讨在实施线上线下混合式教学中教学方案设计、实施方案设计,以及应该着重控制的关键点,争取发挥线上加线下双重教学优势,从而实现一流课程的建设目标。The continuous advancement of Internet technology has provided new development opportunities and challenges for the development of the education industry. In the post-COVID-19 era, online and offline hybrid teaching has obvious advantages and will gradually replace the traditional single offline classroom teaching mode. Taking the course “Sandbox Simulation Training for Business Management” as an example, this paper discusses the teaching plan design, implementation plan design, and the key points that should be controlled in the implementation of online and offline mixed teaching, and strive to give full play to the advantages of online and offline dual teaching. In order to achieve the goal of building a first-class curriculum.
