摘　　要：做好技校班主任工作,要提高班主任自身素质,树立“榜样”形象,以身作则;要以人为本,关爱每一位学生,注重学生身心发展,耐心教导,刚柔并济;要培养良好的班风,创建和谐、团结、向上的班集体,知人善用,引导学生成长;要合理联系家长,处理好班主任、家长、学生之间关系,让家长成为班级管理最大的助力。To do the work of the head teacher in technical school well, we should improve the quality of the head teacher and establish their own image, keep moving forward and lead by example;Understand, respect, care for every student, pay attention to the physical and mental development of students, Patient teaching, learn to temper force with mercy;Cultivate good class style, creating harmonious, united, upward class collective, make good use of people and guide students to grow up;Contact with parents reasonably, handle the relationship between class teacher, parents and students well, making parents become the biggest power of class management.
