摘 要:数字化改革是信息化向数字化转型的进一步深化。数字化改革过程中,不仅要有信息技术的加持,更要体现对现有机制的重塑。文章以数字化改革助推职业教育“提质培优”为核心,按照教育部“1+5”职教数字化体系的要求,对学校治理、教学资源、课程建设、虚拟仿真和教师素养五个方面体现出的数字化改革要义进行逐一剖析。在此基础上,文章通过对学校治理中的“五体系五层面”数据循环,教学资源中的3个指标10个观测点数字化改革机制,课程建设中的设计重构、方法优化和行为分析,虚拟仿真教学的底座、平台、资源,教师教学能力提升的逻辑化结构等方面的分析,提出了明晰数字化改革理念、阐明各项工作内部逻辑、释明相关工作要点的数字化改革助推“提质培优”变革要义。The digital reform is a further step of transformation from informatization to digitalization.It requires not only the support of information technology,but also the remodeling of existing mechanisms in the process of reform.This paper takes digital reform as the core of boosting vocational education to“Improve Quality and Cultivate Excellence”.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s“1+5”digital vocational education system,it analyzes the key points of digital reform from five aspects:School governance,teaching resources,curriculum construction,virtual simulation and teacher’s literacy.Afterwards,it analyzes the“Five Systems and Five Levels”data circulation in school governance,the digital reform mechanism of three indicators and ten observation points in teaching resources,the design reconstruction,method optimization and behavior analysis in curriculum construction,the base,platform and resources of virtual simulation teaching,and the logic structure of teachers’teaching capability improvement.It puts forward the essence of digital reform to promote the reform of“Improve Quality and Cultivate Excellence”by clarifying the concept of digital reform,elucidating the internal logic of each work and explaining the key points of relevant work.
