摘  要:为实现成为数字时代教育领导者的目标,澳大利亚新南威尔士州出台并实施了《学校数字战略(2019—2026)》,其内容包括允许学校自主塑造数字化发展道路;促进数字公平,提高学校数字化能力;调整服务模式,为数字化发展提供有效支持。文章通过对该战略的分析和梳理,发现其具有以下四个特点:一是战略编制依据充分且时效性强,二是多元主体共同参与并能从中受益,三是以公平为导向致力于缩小城乡差距,四是突出“以学习者为中心”的价值取向;并由此得出对我国教育数字化战略规划的一些启示:着眼现实,提高规划的科学性与可行性;鼓励多元主体共同参与规划设计与实施;深入推进城乡数字化教育均衡发展;落实“学习者为中心”理念。To become an education leader in the digital age,the State of New South Wales in Australia has introduced and implemented the Schools Digital Strategy 2019-2026,which includes allowing schools to shape their own digital development paths;promoting digital equity and improving the digital capacity;adapting service models and providing effective support for digital development.By analyzing and sorting out the strategy,the paper finds that it has four characteristics:Firstly,the strategy is based on sufficient basis with strong timeliness;secondly,multiple subjects can participate and benefit from it;thirdly,it is committed to narrowing the gap between the urban and the rural with an equity-oriented orientation;fourthly,it highlights the value orientation of“learner-centered”.This paper draws some enlightenments to the strategic planning of digitized education in China:Focusing on reality and improving the scientific and feasibility of planning;encouraging the participation of multiple subjects in planning,design and implementation;promoting the balanced development of urban and rural digital education;implementing the concept of“learner-centered”.
