后疫情时代我国中小企业数字化转型影响因素

摘　　要：数字化转型是当今时代企业加强自身建设的重要举措,中小企业数字化转型影响因素研究仍处于摸索阶段。在获取2020年至今205份材料后,基于程序化扎根理论,运用数据分析软件Nvivo11进行扎根编码,从而提炼出后疫情时代影响中小企业数字化转型的因素。结果发现,外部宏观环境因素、消费者因素、企业能力因素、企业资源因素、企业发展预期因素对企业数字化转型都有显著影响。Digital transformation is an important measure for enterprises to strengthen their own construction in today’s era,and the research on the influencing factors of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is still in the exploratory stage.After obtaining 205 materials from 2020 to the present,based on the theory of programmatic rooting,the data analysis software Nvivo 11 was used for rooting coding,so as to extract the factors affecting the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the post-epidemic era.The results show that external macro environment factors,consumer factors,enterprise capability factors,enterprise resource factors,and enterprise development expectation factors all have a significant impact on the digital transformation of enterprises.
