摘　　要：作为医疗服务的供求双方和买卖双方,医疗保险通过付费方式改革影响医疗服务供方,医疗服务供方以体制机制改革回应医疗保险付费方式。文章从理论和实践两个角度分析医疗保险付费方式对医疗服务供方的影响机制,并探讨医疗服务供方对医疗保险付费方式的回应策略,进而提出了医疗服务体制机制与医疗保险付费方式的协同治理,为我国医药卫生体制的高质量协同发展提供参考。As both the supplier and demander and the contracting parties of medical services,medical insurance affects medical service providers through the reform of payment mode,while medical service providers respond to the payment mode of medical insurance through the reform of system and mechanism.The influence mechanism of medical insurance payment mode on medical service providers was analyzed from the perspective of theory and practice,and the response strategies of medical service providers to medical insurance payment mode were explored.Based on which,the collaborative governance of medical service system mechanism and medical insurance payment mode was put forward to provide reference for the comprehensive deepening reform of China’s medical and health system.
