摘　　要：基于案例分析,阐述系统性工程中,高效的质量体系运行需要集聚项目、人才、技术、设备及成果转化等驱动要素,确保以QFD为基础的人才质量保障体系有效运行,从而贯穿于人才培养的全过程。Based on case analysis, this paper expounds that in systematic engineering, efficient quality system operation needs to gather driving factors such as projects, talents, technology, equipment and achievements transformation, so as to ensure the effective operation of QFD based talent quality assurance system, which runs through the whole process of talent training.
