摘  要:工资效益联动机制是国有企业工资决定机制改革的核心内容,也是工资总额结算的根本依据。本文通过具体的实例计算分析,详细介绍了一种适用于小型国有企业的工资总额结算方法,把工资总额与工效联动指标、职工工资水平及国有资产保值增值相挂钩,实现有效搭建工资效益联动机制的目的,促进了企业健康发展。The linkage mechanism of wage and benefit is the core content of the reform of wage determination mechanism in state-owned enterprises,and also the fundamental basis of gross payroll settlement.Through a concrete example,this paper introduces a kind of settlement method of gross payroll for small state-owned enterprises in detail.It links the gross payroll with the linkage index of wage and efficiency,the wage level of employees and the preservation rate of state-owned assets,so as to realize the purpose of building the linkage mechanism of wage and benefit effectively and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
