摘  要:加强乡村教师职业道德建设是乡村教师队伍建设的重点工作。通过自编问卷调查发现,乡村教师在乡村从教意愿浓厚,关爱留守儿童,职业行为境界认识清晰,职业幸福感高,职业信念坚定。但与此同时,乡村教师的职业发展内驱力、社会地位、生命价值实现、“流失”可能性等都是需要持续关注的重要问题。乡村教师队伍职业道德建设的未来推进,需要对准关键点,坚持师德之本,始终将职业道德建设放在首位,传承中国特色的优良师德传统,持续提高乡村教师地位,开展理想信念教育,重建乡村教师甘于坚守乡村的职业道德风范。It is a significant task to improve the construction of rural teachers’professional ethics.Through the self-made questionnaire,this research has found that the rural teachers have strong willingness to teach in the country,take good care of the left-behind children,have a clear understanding of professional conduct realm,and have a higher sense of professional happiness and a firm professional belief.But at the same time,such important issues deserves continual attention as the rural teachers’in⁃ner drive for career development,social status,realization of their life value and the potential loss to the profession.The future improvement of the construction of rural teachers’professional ethics should focus on the important points,stick to the teachers’morality,always give priority to the construction of professional ethics,inherit the excellent tradition of teachers’morality with Chinese characteristics,continue to improve the rural teachers'status,carry out the education in ideals and beliefs,and rebuild the rural teachers’professional morality of being willing to work in the countryside.
