摘　　要：该文从成人在职学习者需求入手,为家政行业英语课程目标制定、课程内容设计和教学策略实施提供实证支持。通过家政英语学习需求的分析,挖掘家政行业职场英语高频交际情境与话题,沿教学目标—职场情境—交际话题—教学模块的思路,构建家政行业英语课程单元模块,旨在为未来一系列面向成人学习者的行业英语课程的开发建设提供思路、方法与路径的参考借鉴。The needs of adult learners provide empirical support for the course design of Workplace English for Domestic Services.By analyzing and investigating the needs of on-the-job learners in the field of domestic services,this article explores high frequency communication scenarios and topics in the workplace and constructs core modules from the following process:course objectives;workplace scenarios;communicative topics;course contents.It is expected to provide reference for the design and development of other ESP(English for Specific Purposes)courses for adult learners in the future.
