摘  要:数字技能通用素质是数字时代的基本素质。加强全民数字技能培训是国家“十四五”职业技能培训规划的一项基本工作。数字技能通用素质是一种思维方式,需要通过学习者亲身经历、参与体验才能形成。针对成人的数字技能培训需要从形成通用素质的角度进行培训路径设计,分为学习者自带设备,引导解决处理实际的问题,教师的引导演示与学习者的自主参与体验同时进行,学习者反思总结规律、内化思维方式四个步骤。这样才能培养全民数字技能,为实现信息服务全覆盖提供人力资源的保障。Digital skills are the basic quality in the digital age.Strengthening digital skills training for the whole nation is the main task of China ’s vocational training plan in the 14th Five-Year Plan.The general quality of digital skills is a way of thinking,which can be obtained only through learners’ personal and participation experiences.In view of the needs of adults,the training path needs to be designed in accordance with the forming of general quality.Thus,the training of digital skills can be divided into four steps:bringing your own device;guiding and solving existing problems;teachers’ guiding demonstration and learners’ independent participating simultaneously;learners’ reflecting,summarizing rules and internalizing way of thinking.Only in this way can we help learners cultivate digital skills and provide the guarantee of human resources for the full coverage of information services.
