摘  要:针对配电网故障恢复中孤岛与重构的配合问题,提出一种以恢复重要负荷总电量最大、网损最小为目标的配电网故障双层恢复策略。双层模型中上层是考虑分布式电源及可中断负荷的孤岛划分模型,下层是基于孤岛划分结果的网络重构模型,通过上下层联动,分别采用广度优先搜索算法和混合探路者算法进行求解。由于探路者算法存在陷入局部最优的问题,引入差分进化算法中的变异算子,提高了原算法的寻优效率。通过对IEEE-33节点配电系统进行仿真分析,验证所提故障恢复策略的有效性和优越性。To ensure proper coordination between the islanding and reconfiguration processes in distribution network fault recovery,this paper describes a bi-level programming model that restores the maximum total power of the important load and minimizes the network loss.The upper-level model is an island partition model that considers a distributed power supply and interruptible load.The lower-level model is a network reconfiguration model based on the results of island division.After linking the upper and lower levels,a breadth-first search and pathfinder algorithm are applied to solve the bi-level programming model.To prevent the pathfinder algorithm from becoming trapped around local optima,the mutation operator from the differential evolution algorithm is introduced to improve the optimization efficiency.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method is demonstrated through simulations using the IEEE-33 node distribution system.
