摘 要:伴随着经济社会的发展,人们对于食品安全的要求日益提高。为了加强食品安全管理,食品质量监督部门及所属食品检验机构应当树立全面的食品安全责任意识、积极履行食品安全检验与管理职责,做好食品安全监督检验抽样工作,由此为筛查不合格食品、保障食品安全发挥有利作用。本文就食品质量监督检验抽样工作现状进行分析,指出其中存在的问题并给出相应的对策。With the development of economy and society,people’s requirements for food safety are increasing.In order to strengthen food safety management,food quality supervision departments and their subordinate food inspection institutions should establish a comprehensive sense of food safety responsibility,actively perform food safety inspection and management responsibilities,do a good job in food safety supervision and inspection sampling work,and thus play a favorable role in screening unqualified food and ensuring food safety.This paper analyzes the current situation of food quality supervision and inspection sampling work,points out the existing problems and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
