摘　　要：本文分别使用高效液相色谱法和胶体金快速定量法对小麦中的脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇进行检测。通过对比两种方法可知,高效液相色谱法测定结果更精确,胶体金快速定量法测定速度更快,因此在以后的检测中,可通过两种方法互相结合的方式进行脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量的检测,让检测数据更具备参考价值。High performance liquid chromatography and rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique were used to detect deoxynivalenol in wheat.By comparing the two methods,it can be seen that the determination result of high performance liquid chromatography is more accurate,and the rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique is faster.Therefore,in the future detection,the content of deoxynivalenol can be detected by combining the two methods,so that the detection data has more reference value.
