摘 要:加强食品安全监管是提高人们生活水平的保障。生鲜电商在保障居民基本生活和解决农产品滞销上起到了重要作用,同时也是生鲜农产品上行的必经之路,但目前生鲜电商在农产品质量安全管理方面仍存在一些问题。本文以淘菜菜为切入点,通过分析平台存在的问题和淘菜菜农产品质量管理措施,总结其值得生鲜电商借鉴和可能面对的生鲜源头采购的质量标准、工作人员专业化以及管理弹性等相关问题,并从专业化培训、弹性管理和完善系统管理3个层面提出相应的对策和建议。Strengthening food safety supervision is the guarantee to improve people’s living standards.Fresh food e-commerce plays an important role in protecting the basic life of residents and solving the unmarketable agricultural products,but it is also the only way for fresh agricultural products to go up,but there are some problems in the quality and safety management of agricultural products.Taking Taocaicai as the entry point,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the platform and the product quality management measures of the farmers of Taocaicai,summarizes the problems that are worthy of fresh food e-commerce enterprises’reference and possible problems such as the quality standard of fresh source procurement,staff specialization and management flexibility,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of professional training,flexibility management and system management improvement.
