摘　　要：近年来,由生物毒素引发的食品安全事件频发,已严重威胁到人们的身体健康。因此,对食品中生物毒素的检测也成为现阶段科研人员和食品检测机构关注的重点。生物毒素基体标准物质由于和实际样品成分一致,在实验室检测过程的质量控制、新方法的验证评价以及能力验证等方面具有不可替代的作用,是分析领域重要储备物资。本文将对近年来国内外生物毒素基体标准物质研究现状进行综述。In recent years,food safety incidents caused by biological toxins have occurred frequently,which has seriously threatened people health.Therefore,the detection of biological toxins in food has become the focus of scientific researchers and food detection institutions at this stage.Because of the consistency with the actual sample composition,the biological toxin matrix reference material plays an irreplaceable role in the quality control of the laboratory testing process,the validation and evaluation of new methods,and the ability verification,and is an important reserve material in the field of analysis.In this paper,the research status of biotoxin matrix reference materials at home and abroad in recent years will be reviewed.
