摘  要:采用超级微波前处理平台联合电感耦合等离子质谱检测谷物及其制品中钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、砷、硒、铷、银、镉、锡、铯、钡、汞、铊、铅、铀27种元素的快速测定方法。结果表明:27种元素标准曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9996~1.0000,检出限为0.0001~0.2000 mg/kg,加标回收率为91.1%~103.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.48%~3.04%。该方法具有较好的精密度和回收率,操作简便,可用于谷物及其制品中27种元素检测。A fast method for the simultaneous determination of sodium(Na),magnesium(Mg),aluminum(Al),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),titanium(Ti),vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),iron(Fe),cobalt(Co),nickel(Ni),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),gallium(Ga),arsenic(As),selenium(Se),rubidium(Rb),silver(Ag),cadmium(Cd),tin(Sn),cesium(Cs),barium(Ba),mercury(Hg),thllium(Tl),lead(Pb),uranium(U)in Grain and Grain products by super microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results of determination showed that each element had good linear relationships,the correlation coefficients were 0.9996~1.0000,and the limits of detection were 0.0001~0.2 mg/kg.The recovery rates was 91.1%~103.6%,with the relative standard deviations was 0.48%~3.04%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can provide an effective analytical method of the determination of 27 elements.
