绿茶中三唑磷和茚虫威农药残留的不确定度评定

摘　　要：为降低绿茶检测过程中的基质效应,提高检测数据的准确性,本试验采用在茶树上喷洒三唑磷和茚虫威农药制备得到阳性样品,并按照绿茶加工工艺制备得到成品茶后进一步粉碎、过筛、分装后得到绿茶中三唑磷和茚虫威基体标准物质共100瓶,每瓶10 g。均匀性检验结果表明该基体标准物质的均匀性较好,在4℃、20℃和40℃温度下模拟不同运输环境下的稳定性检验结果表明在14 d内稳定性较好,12个月内在20℃温度下较稳定。通过多家实验室联合定值结果为三唑磷0.317±0.027 mg/kg、茚虫威0.572±0.029 mg/kg。In order to reduce the matrix effect in the green tea detection process and improve the accuracy of the detection data,the positive samples were prepared by spraying triazophos and indoxacarb on the tea plant in this experiment,and the finished tea was prepared according to the green tea processing technology,and then further crushed and processed.After sieving and packaging,a total of 100 bottles of matrix reference materials of triazophos and indoxacarb in green tea were obtained,and each bottle was 10 g.The uniformity test results show that the matrix standard material has good uniformity.The stability test results under simulated different transportation environments at 4,20 and 40℃showed that the stability was good within 14 days and good stability within 12 months at 20℃.The contents of triazophos 0.317±0.027 mg/kg and indoxacarb 0.572±0.029 mg/kg were determined jointly by several laboratories.
