小学英语教师训后跟踪调查研究——基于南昌市青云谱区英语语音素养培训

摘　　要：从知识和技能两个方面对南昌市青云谱区全体小学英语教师培训之后的跟踪测评与调研得出结果,培训的第一阶段音段层面的效果显著,培训第二阶段语调层面的效果更突出;同时对培训全过程的画像试为提升英语语音素养培训模式的适切性和有效性提供一定的实证依据。From the knowledge and skill aspects,the follow-up survey and evaluation on the English literacy of the primary English teachers in Qingyunpu district show that the first phase of the training has the favorable effect on segmental phonemes and the second phase has prominent effect on the intonation.The overall description of the training has provided genuine evidences and references for the improvement of adaptiveness and effectiveness of English phonetic literacy training mode.
