摘　　要：根据《金匮要略·水气病》篇对血分病的记载,文章追溯了血分、血分病、血分证、血证的定义,四者在概念和所涉及的范畴上既有联系又有区别。仲师所载血分病的实际含义是指狭义的少阴脉细、月事不下、继发水肿这样一种病证,并不是病及到血便可成为血分病,血分病与“血分”病,虽听似名称相同,实则截然不同。文章通过系统地整理归纳仲景血分病的实质内涵、拓展应用、治则治法,以期更好地传承仲师治病之道、用药之法。According to the records of blood phase diseases in Golden Chamber Synopsis·Water and Qi,the definitions of blood phase, blood phase diseases, blood phase syndrome and blood syndrome are traced back.The four are all related in concepts and related categories.There is a difference.The actual meaning of blood phases diseases of ZHANG Zhongjing refers to the narrowly defined Shaoyin′s narrow pulse, persistent menstruation and secondary edema.Although it sounds like the same name, it is quite different in reality.This article systematically summarized the essence of ZHANG Zhongjing′s blood disease, expanded its application and treatment methods, in order to better inherit the medicine and medicine of ZHANG Zhongjing.
