摘 要:员工创新行为是企业获得持续发展力的关键。随着新冠疫情的突发,企业生存环境和员工工作环境面临重大考验,情绪等精神性因素对员工创新行为的影响得以重视。基于情绪事件理论,本研究探索了当前背景下团队情绪智力、职场灵性对员工创新行为的影响,通过构建三者关系模型,并据此展开调研进行实证分析,得到以下研究结论:团队情绪智力对职场灵性和员工创新行为均具有显著正向影响;职场灵性对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响,且在团队情绪智力与员工创新行为之间具有中介效应。Employees'innovative behavior is the key for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.With the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19,the enterprise's living environment and employees'working environment are facing major challenges.Emotions and other spiritual factors have been attached importance to the impact of employees'innovative behavior.Based on the theory of emotional events,this study explored the impact of team emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality on employees'innovation behavior in the current context.By building a relationship model of the three,and conducting empirical analysis based on this research,the following research conclusions were drawn:team emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on workplace spirituality and employees'innovation behavior;Workplace spirituality has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,and has a mediating effect between team emotional intelligence and employee innovation behavior.
