摘 要:乡村教师专业身份认同缺失的症结在于乡村教师与乡村社会间“相望的距离”的客观存在。“相望的距离”作为乡村教师专业身份认同问题的形象表达,具体表现为情感间的相望、价值感的相望、归属感的相望和主体性的相望等问题。乡村教师专业身份认同的价值表现为:利于教师主体地位的理性回归,利于乡村教师价值的彰显,利于乡村教师专业发展内在需要的满足,利于教育者职业情怀的涵养。乡村教师专业身份认同的回归理路是:融入本地人的情感依存,回归教育人的价值坚守,提升专业人的专业水平,增益引路人的自我体认。The crux of the lack of professional identity of rural teachers lies in the objective existence of distance between rural teachers and rural society.As the vivid expression of the professional identity of rural teachers,“distance from each other”is embodied in such problems as emotional distance,value distance,belonging distance,and subjectivity distance.The values of the professional identity of rural teachers are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the rational return of the subjective position of teachers,the displaying of rural teachers’value,the satisfaction of the internal needs of rural teachers’professional development and the enrichment of educators’professional feelings.The approaches to the return of the professional identity of rural teachers include:integrating the local people’s feelings,returning to the educators’adherence to value,raising the professional level of professionals and increasing the self-identity of guiders.
