摘　　要：复卦是《周易》中的第二十四卦,其蕴含着深刻的哲学道理和管理智慧。从整个卦而言,该卦象征着一种重要动力:一阳复始,万象更新。六个爻分而言之,其中“不远复”与“中行独复”表达个体需要进行严格的自我管理;“休复”和“敦复”意味着团队管理的必要性;“频复”与“迷复”则说明要随时做好危机管理的准备。自我管理是根本,团队管理是保障,危机管理是动力。这三个方面是相互影响、相互渗透的,共同彰显着复卦以人为本、专注问题、重视关系的管理智慧。Fugua,the 24th hexagram in The Book of Changes,contains profound philosophy and management wisdom.The whole hexagram represents an important motive force:the revival of the new year and the renewal of everything.In terms of the respective six-trigrams,“returning to the right path”and“returning to the right path in the middle way when walking with others”express strict self-management of individuals;“recovering”and“rectifying”mean the necessity of team management;“being not smooth to reply to the right way”and“being but not disillusioned”indicate the crisis management at any time.Self-management is the fundation,team management is the guarantee,and crisis management is the motivation.These three aspects influence and penetrate with each other,and jointly demonstrate the management wisdom of Fugua,which is people-oriented,problems-focused and relationships-emphasized.
