摘  要:高职旅游专业的学生步入导游岗位后,接待对象不仅限于国内游客,更有来自世界各地的游客,这便需要学生在上岗前便具备一定的跨文化交际能力,以此为不同国家、地区的游客提供良好的服务。为强化学生专业能力,使学生从容应对未来学习和生活需求,高职院校应基于旅游英语教学现状,结合学情实现跨文化交际能力框架的构建,培养学生的英语素养,强化其文化意识,在提高旅游英语教学质量的同时,促进学生全面发展。After the students of tourism major in higher vocational colleges enter the tour guide post,they will receive not only domestic tourists,but also tourists from all over the world.This requires that the students have certain intercultural communication skills before taking up their posts,so as to provide good services for tourists from different countries and regions.In order to strengthen students'professional ability and enable students to calmly cope with the future learning and life needs,higher vocational colleges should build a cross-cultural communicative competence framework based on the current situation of tourism English teaching and learning conditions,cultivate students'English literacy,strengthen their cultural awareness,and promote students'all-round development while improving the quality of tourism English teaching.
