摘 要:随着城镇化进程的加快,县域学校的生源结构发生了明显的变化。开展“一生一策”学生成长导师制的实践研究,既是县域学校寻求教育突破、探索特色育人、注重品牌发展的重要抓手,又是建立新型师生关系、推动素质教育改革、促进学生全面发展的新途径。文章从“学生成长导师制”研究综述入手,分析生源结构变动下的学生培养存在的问题,明确“一生一策”学生成长导师制的实施价值,并对生源结构变动下“一生一策”学生导师制的构建策略进行探究。With the acceleration of urbanization,the student source structure of county schools has changed significantly.To carry out the practical research on the"one student one strategy"student growth tutorial system is not only an important starting point for county schools to seek educational breakthroughs,explore characteristic education,and focus on brand development,but also a new way to establish a new relationship between teachers and students,promote the reform of quality education,and promote the all-round development of students.The article starts with the research summary of"student growth tutorial system",analyzes the problems of student training under the change of student source structure,clarifies the implementation value of"one student one strategy"student growth tutorial system,and explores the construction strategy of"one student one strategy"student tutorial system under the change of student source structure.
