高校第二课堂引入人文红利训练为必修课的探讨

摘  要:人文体现为重视人、尊重人、关心人等,人文红利是人文思想与行为带来的红利,这需要专业训练,具体是学生与舍友、同班同学、院系友及全校同学一起交流相关公益项目提供的很多案例和观点,发表自己意见,听取他人意见,达成正能共识,无须特定师资。此训练已做小规模“实验验证”,学生反馈良好。此训练强力辅助大学生心理健康、综合素质(关键要素)、创新创业和就业,一举多得。疫情期间此训练可在线上进行,以有效辅助高校教学,缓解学生心理压力。高校应将人文红利训练设为第二课堂必修课。Humanism is embodied in attaching importance to people,respecting people,caring for people,etc.Humanism dividend is the dividend brought by humanistic thought and behavior,which requires professional training.Specifically,students exchange many cases and views provided by relevant public welfare projects with roommates,classmates,faculty friends and the whole school,express their own opinions,listen to others'opinions,and reach a positive consensus without specific teachers.This training has been verified by small-scale"experiment",and the students'feedback is good.This training strongly assists college students in their mental health,comprehensive quality(key elements),innovation and entrepreneurship,and employment.During the epidemic,this training can be conducted online to effectively assist college teaching during the epidemic and relieve students'psychological pressure.Colleges and universities should set humanistic bonus training as a compulsory course in the second classroom.
