摘 要:中小学教师在提升日常教研绩效、发挥人力资本作用的同时,也要加强日常教研交往。日常教研交往与个体教研绩效提升存在一定的相关性,教师的日常教研交往由于其意向性同、关系圈子不同、交往方式和途径不同,以及交往的社会资本投入力度不同,从而对教研绩效产生不同的作用。基于日常教研交往现状和亲缘、友缘与业缘三种交往类型的分析发现,中小学教师日常教研交往意识不强,交往受限;业缘圈社会资本投入对教研绩效作用最大;而社会资本的投入对中小学教师公开课的作用最大,对高质量成果作用较小。Primary and secondary school teachers should enhance their daily instructional research performance,improve the usage of human capital and strengthen daily instructional research communication.There is a correlation between daily instructional research communication and the improvement of individual teaching and research performance.Teachers’daily instructional research communication have different effects on teaching and research performance due to their different intentionality,different relationship circles,different communication modes,approaches and paths,and different social capital investment in communication.Based on the current situation of daily instructional research communication and the analysis of three types of communication,such as kinship,friendship,and industry,it is found that primary and secondary school teachers’daily instructional research communication consciousness is not strong,and communication is limited.Social capital investment in the industry circle has the most significant effect on instructional research performance;and the input of social capital has the greatest effect on the open class of primary and secondary school teachers but has minimum influence on high-quality performance.
