摘  要:针对刮板链运行工况复杂、故障频发的问题,基于虚拟样机技术研究了刮板链故障工况下的受力变化特性。研究通过设置几何参数关系和构建骨架模型实现了链传动系统的参数化建模,并基于ADAMS仿真平台构建了综合考虑各组成部件之间复杂相互作用关系的双链牵引链传动系统虚拟样机模型,模拟了链传动系统的卡链故障和断链故障工况,分析了刮板链故障失效时的受力特性,并设计刮板链故障测试实验进行了验证分析,为刮板输送机的运行状态评估以及故障诊断提供有效依据。In view of problems of complicated operating conditions and frequent failures of the scraper chain,the force characteristics of the scraper chain under fault conditions were studied based on virtual prototyping technology.Parametric modeling of the chain drive system is achieved by setting geometric parameter relationships and building model skeletons. In addition,a virtual prototype model of the chain drive system with double-chain traction is established by ADMAS simulation platform,which comprehensively considers the complex interaction among the components and is used to simulate the actual condition of chain jam and chain fracture. Based on the built virtual prototype model,we analyzed the force characteristics of scraper chain when chain failure occurs. In addition,failure test experiment of the scraper chain was designed to verify the correctness of the simulation results. The study can provide an effective basis for operation status assessment and fault diagnosis of the scraper conveyor.
