摘  要:中国酒及酒文化是中华民族饮食文化的一个重要组成部分,渗透到社会生活的各个领域。酒文化系列课程是为顺应新时代人才培养需求并结合“非遗”发展而开设的一门公选性质通识课。通过该课程的学习,使学生对中华民族悠久的制酒工艺、酒礼风俗、艺术品鉴、饮酒养生等诸多方面知识有较全面的了解。课程内容富有趣味性、知识性与文化性,可增加学生的综合素质、陶冶情操、提高文化修养。同时该课程注重理论与实践相结合,善于通过实践体验项目培养学生的知识运用和融通能力。此外,课程考核新颖,课程开设以来受到学生们的普遍欢迎和好评。结合十余年酒文化系列课程建设和实践经验,为酒文化系列课程的教学建设和改革提供了思路。Chinese wine and wine culture are an important part of Chinese cuisine culture,which penetrates into all fields of social life.Wine culture series courses are a public elective general course set up to meet the needs of talent training and combine with the development of intangible cultural heritage.Through the study of this course,the learners will have a more comprehensive understanding of the Chinese wine-making process,ritual customs,art appreciation,drinking and health preservation.The content of the course is interesting,knowledgeable,and cultural,which can enhance comprehensive quality of students,cultivate their sentiments,and improve their cultural accomplishment.At the same time,this course focuses on the combination of theory and practice and is good at cultivating students’knowledge transfer and integration ability through practical experiences.In addition,the assessment method of the course is novel,and the course has been widely welcomed and praised.Combined with more than ten years of wine culture series course construction and practical experience,this paper provides ideas for the teaching construction and reform of wine culture series courses.
