摘　　要：本访谈力图呈现罗哲海与其时代之间的多元关系,除了对罗哲海教授的生平进行了梳理之外,通过对Universismus与主客体分裂的分析,将中国哲学的观念放置在当代的哲学脉络下予以讨论,重新检讨这些观念的流动、变化,从而揭示出这些源于中国文化传统的哲学观念所具有的广泛潜能和世界性意义。不论是基于自我与自主思想的儒家伦理学,还是儒家思想看待“克隆”的方式,抑或是儒家伦理学对于人权的贡献,都可以看出罗哲海试图从当代的立场、观点、方法,乃至问题意识出发,使得作为传统资源的中国哲学不断被激活的努力。This interview tries to present the diversified relationship between Heiner Roetz and his times.In addition to combing the life of Professor Roetz,through the analysis of Universismus and the division of subject and object,the ideas of Chinese philosophy are discussed in the context of contemporary philosophy,and the flow and change of these ideas are reviewed,so as to reveal that these ideas and concepts originated in Chinese traditional philosophy have extensive potential and world significance.Whether it is the Confucian ethics based on the thoughts of self and autonomy,the Confucian way of looking at“cloning”,or the contribution of Confucian ethics to human rights,we can see Roetz's efforts to activate Chinese philosophy as a traditional resource by starting from the contemporary standpoint,perspective,method and even problem consciousness.
